Parts are checked at defined intervals throughout every production run.

Every single part is visually inspected for defects before it moves on.

Final inspection
Dimensional and visual inspection against your drawing before packing and dispatch.

Every batch is checked for hardness, and finished parts are measured against your drawing. Inspection reports, material test certificates and compliance documents are available on request.
