Custom compounding
Rubber compounds mixed in-house on our own mixing mill — and developed to your specification.
Precision tooling
Molds designed and built in-house and with partner tool rooms — typically in 2–3 business days.
Compression molding
Six compression molding presses, semi- and fully automatic, from 40 to 60 tonnes.
Finishing
Post-curing, buffing and trimming for clean, dimensionally stable parts.
Our process
Compression Molding
Pre-weighed, in-house compounded rubber is placed in a precision heated mold and pressed into shape. Compression molding gives economical tooling and excellent material control — ideal for O-rings, quad rings, gaskets, washers, diaphragms and bonded parts from prototype batches to lakhs of pieces a month.
Best for
- Tight tolerances on critical dimensions
- Hard and specialty compounds (FKM, FVMQ, PU)
- Rubber-to-metal bonded parts
- Economical tooling for new parts
