Quad Rings (X-Rings)
Four-lobed seals that resist twisting and seal twice — with lower friction.
Quad rings (X-rings) have a four-lobed cross-section that gives two sealing surfaces on each side. Compared with a standard O-ring, they resist spiral twisting, run with less friction and last longer in dynamic applications.
We mold quad rings from 0.5 mm to 250 mm in a wide range of elastomers, including polyurethane for high wear resistance.
