Can you make a part from my drawing or a sample?
Yes. We supply both standard parts and custom parts made to your drawing or sample. Share the part size, application and quantity, and we will recommend a compound, develop the mold and send samples for your approval.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per part.
How long does development and delivery take?
New molds are typically ready in 2–3 business days, and new parts move from sample to production in 1–2 weeks. Repeat orders are usually dispatched in 1–2 weeks.
How tight are your tolerances?
We hold tolerances of up to ±0.01 mm on critical dimensions, in hardness from 30 to 90 Shore A, for parts from 0.1 mm to 300 mm.
Which rubber material should I choose?
It depends on the fluids, temperature, pressure and movement your part will see. We compound our own rubber in-house and can develop a compound to your specification — tell us about the application and we will recommend one.
Do you provide test reports and certificates?
Yes. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and can supply inspection reports, material test certificates and compliance documents on request.
